Job Description & Responsibilities
As a retail store manager, you’re ultimately responsible for the success of the store through hiring, development, and discipline of employees to ensure an outstanding customer experience. You’ll help your team to exceed sales and customer experience goals while creating an environment where great people can shine. Performing role plays, supporting the team and assisting with customer transactions, and interviewing/hiring winners will be your tools to succeed. 
The successful store manager will maintain a high level of accountability for all retail store functions and leverage amazing leadership skills to consistently deliver results. Through coaching, development and training of your team, you’ll have the opportunity to show the world what you can do. You’ll have the chance to show off your problem solving skills and put your creativity, critical thinking and decision making to work. 
To be successful in this position you’ll be required to stay up-to-date on the latest devices and technology and understand how to match customer needs and wants with solutions.

Job Requirements

Qualifications
As a retail store manager, you must be self-motivated and results-driven with a commitment to creating the best possible experience for our customers. You must have excellent sales skills and the ability to coach and develop others. It is also important that you have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as outstanding interpersonal skills. It’s important that you’re highly comfortable in a fast-paced, constantly changing, competitive environment. 
  • At least one year of management or supervisory experience
  • Two years of sales/customer service experience
  • Commission sales experience is preferred
  • Proven track record of leading a successful team
  • Motivated to learn and able to think on your feet 
  • Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
