Qualifications
As a retail store manager, you must be self-motivated and results-driven with a commitment to creating the best possible experience for our customers. You must have excellent sales skills and the ability to coach and develop others. It is also important that you have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as outstanding interpersonal skills. It’s important that you’re highly comfortable in a fast-paced, constantly changing, competitive environment.
- At least one year of management or supervisory experience
- Two years of sales/customer service experience
- Commission sales experience is preferred
- Proven track record of leading a successful team
- Motivated to learn and able to think on your feet
- Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
