Job Description

Compensation:  Average annual income including commissions is $40,000 with top performers earning over $60K per year!
This position is an in-store retail sales position. You will be working directly with customers regarding their devices, plans, bills and anything else they may need help with! As a retail sales representative, you will be a part of a team with the goal to succeed through meeting the customers' needs as well as striving to meet personal goals! This is your opportunity for growth within the company as well as your skillset!

We provide extensive paid training to all employees teaching them everything they need to know about sales and Absolute Wireless, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer, in order to be successful. Training typically lasts 30-60 days which includes classroom training, shadowing, and assisted training. After training is complete, employees are immediately integrated into our stores to begin earning!

Job Requirements

What We Expect From Our Employees:

  • Meet and Exceed sales quota.
  • Troubleshoot customer concerns related to equipment and service.
  • Educate customers regarding benefits of the products and answer questions regarding equipment and pricing.
  • Participate in outbound calling programs, marketing activities, and other lead generation.
  • Able to work retail hours of operation including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
  • A positive attitude.

Requirements:
  • Core Competencies: customer focus, teamwork, communication, accountability and innovation.
  • Previous sales experience with emphasis on customer service.
  • Highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and an ability to work with little supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing and able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
