A Retail Store Manager ensures the location is operationally sound, employees are being developed, sales goals are met, and customer experience is through the roof! This is all YOU need to succeed here:
- Have attained a high school diploma or GED. (2 degree or higher preferred)
- 1 or more years of retail management experience
- Strong communications, mathematics and computer use skills
- Availability to support retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays
