$32,000 - $37,000 before commission and bonuses
Target Salary: $55,000.00
 
United Wireless, Michigan’s largest T-Mobile Premium Retailer, is on the hunt for an experienced sales leader and employee developer to serve as a Retail Store Manager for one of our amazing T-Mobile locations.  A Retail Store Manager ensures the location is operationally sound, employees are being developed, sales goals are met, and customer experience is through the roof! Our lucrative Retail Store Manager program not only prepares you for your next step within United Wireless, it provides incredible earnings in both a base pay and insane commissions.

This is all YOU need to succeed here:
 
  • Have attained a high school diploma or GED. (2 degree or higher preferred)
  • 1 or more years of retail management experience
  • Strong communications, mathematics and computer use skills
  • Availability to support retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • A can do, never give up attitude that inspires others around you

Job Requirements

YOUR work day looks like this:
 
  • Establish and maintain an incredible work and customer service environment by managing both the customer and employee experience.
  • Participate and Manage regular outbound sales activities with your sales team.
  • Manage regular sales and operational duties including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, customer calls, inventory counts, merchandising and store layout changes
  • Execute company policies by ensuring accuracy, completion and security with all sales and operational paperwork
  • Lead, develop and inspire your sales team so all team members, including yourself, attain both personal and professional growth and sales goals.
