$42,000 to $50,000 per year with base pay, commissions, and incentives – Full Time

The Role
We are looking for experienced Wireless Retail Store Managers. This position does require previous experience as a Wireless Retail Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
What we are looking for
  • Must be 18 years or older and have a High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of Wireless Retail Store Manager experience.
  • 2 years of Wireless Retail experience as a Sales Associate or Assistant Manager.
  • Must have the ability and desire to develop people.
  • Desires personal growth and wants to continue to grow in our organization.
  • Has a track record of sales success.
  • Is an out of the box thinker and problem solver.
  • Must have very flexible availability and able to work weekends and holidays because that is when our customers and employees need you the most.

Job Requirements

You will be
  • Reporting directly to the District Manager.
  • Managing the day to day business of operating a Wireless Retail Store.
  • Ensuring all company and Sprint policies and procedures are being executed every day.
  • Leading, coaching, and inspiring your associates to achieve their personal and team goals.
  • Actively recruiting talent, conducting interviews, and hiring great people to work at your location.
  • Making sure your team delivers an incredible customer experience.
  • Maintain a fun, clean, and safe working environment for your team and customers.
  • Develop your staff of sales associates through side-by-side coaching, giving feedback, and by leading by example.
  • Attain and exceed both your personal sales goals and team goals.
  • Answering customer questions about the various Sprint wireless plans and helping them with their existing or new Sprint account.
  • Creating new sales opportunities by developing programs, promotions, and activities for your staff to execute.
  • Maintain store appearance, manage inventory, conduct audits, ensure transactions are done correctly in the POS System, make bank deposits, and other business-related tasks as directed by the District Manager.
