Connect Cell Retail Sales Representative - U.S. Cellular Authorized Agent

Compensation: $10 to $25 an hour (wages and commission)­

Connect Cell is family owned and operated.  We work in cooperation with our well-trained associates to provide personalized customer service to both individuals and businesses. Our first location opened in Racine in 2001 and we have grown to seven locations, serving more than 25,000 subscribers throughout Wisconsin.

 Compensation/Benefits:

Requirements: 
 • Must be age 18 and have obtained a high school diploma or GED.
 • Experience in retail sales or customer service background.
 • Must possess proven communication skills.
 • Must be flexible to work nights, weekend and holidays if necessary.
 • Must have reliable transportation

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:
 • Assist new and existing customers.
 • Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards
 • Handle customer situations and make equitable decisions for the customer and the company.
 • Assist in the coordination of, scheduling, and participation in community events.
 • Perform other duties as assigned by sales management.
 • Participate as a “team player”, constantly supporting other team members.
 • Set an example of high personal and professional conduct for employees and others.
 • Create the ideal customer experience with each customer interaction
 • Be self-motivated and goal oriented
