Compensation: Uncapped Commission

Other qualifications for this sales position include:
• High School Diploma
• Ability to succeed with integrity in a professional, commission-based sales environment
• Knowledge of the entire sales process 
• Strong telephone skills and ability to be comfortable with making outbound calls to existing and prospective customers
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and personalities
• Schedule flexibility to work from 9:00AM until 8:30PM and weekends (8-9hr shifts/day; approximately 40-45 hrs/week)
• Computer proficiency, particularly with Internet Explorer, Excel, and Word
• Knowledge of RQ and OMNI a huge plus
