United Wireless, Michigan’s largest T-Mobile Premium Retailer, is on the hunt for an experienced sales leader and employee developer to serve as a Retail Assistant Store Manager for one of our amazing T-Mobile locations. A Retail Assistant Store Manager helps the Store manager ensure that the location is operationally sound, employees are being developed, sales goals are met, and customer experience is through the roof!

YOUR workday looks like this:
• Establish and maintain an incredible work and customer service environment by managing both the customer and employee experience.
• Participate and help manage regular outbound sales activities with your sales team.
• Manage regular sales and operational duties including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, customer calls, inventory counts, merchandising and store layout changes
• Execute company policies by ensuring accuracy, completion, and security with all sales and operational paperwork
• Lead, develop, and inspire your sales team so all team members, including yourself, attain both personal and professional growth and sales goals.
