In order to qualify for this opportunity, you need:
  • Associates degree or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • 2 to 3 years of retail sales and sales management experience
  • Previous wireless store management is a plus!
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • Have a very good understanding of the Wireless industry and wireless devices
  • Proven track record of successfully leading, coaching and inspiring a team of peers
  • Must be able to work nights, evenings, and weekends because that is when our customers and your employees need you the most.

Job Requirements

Your Responsibilities will include:
  • Establishing and maintaining an amazing in-store experience for our valued T-Mobile Customers
  • Recruit, hire, and develop a diverse staff of individuals and treat them in a manner that is fair, mentoring, inclusive, and respectful.
  • Ensure customers are serviced in a friendly, prompt and ethical manner
  • Evaluating business trends and opportunities to maximize store sales and profitability
  • Create sales opportunities for your team members to execute such as flyer drops, community event participation, in-store events, etc.
  • Assigning sales targets to team members month and provide constant coaching to help your team achieve those targets
  • Controlling expenses, shortages and all aspects of merchandising and inventory
  • Develop your store staff by providing them direct performance feedback and educating them on both T-Mobile solutions and Wireless Devices
  • Staff your location utilizing both customer flow analytics and T-Mobile Staffing guidelines
  • Leading by example by following all of the company guidelines and policies.
  • Create a rapport with local businesses and area leaders to ensure your location is involved civically for the good of the community that you serve.
  • Enforcing all company and T-Mobile guidelines and policies.
  • Executing T-Mobile and company programs and promotions as they occur
  • Other duties as assigned by your direct supervisor and company leadership
