AT&T Wireless Retail Store Manager
$21-$25 an hour plus commissions and performance bonuses

We have an immediate opening for a dynamic, fun, employee development specialist to manage a brand-new location.  As a Wireless Retail Store Manager, you will develop, lead and inspire a team of diverse, energetic and goal-oriented sales associates. Your role includes being a brand ambassador for AT&T and Diversity Wireless for the community in which your location serves. Our lucrative Wireless Retail Store Manager program not only prepares you for your next step within Diversity Wireless, it also provides incredible earnings in both a base pay, sales commissions and store performance bonuses.

This is all YOU need to succeed:
 
  • 2 or more years of Management Experience in retail and or wireless retail sales is a must have
  • 2 year or more of higher education
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
  • Proven track record of employee development and sales goal attainment
  • Strong communications, mathematics and computer use skills
  • Availability to support retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • The ability to inspire your team and a passion for delivering an incredible customer experience.
