Wireless Retail Store Manager
Compensation:  $30 - $35 hourly base plus commission plus monthly bonuses

Job Requirements

Our managers come from a variety of backgrounds - most have already proven themselves in wireless telecommunication sales and others have simply mastered the art of customer service. The real key to success is the love for helping people grow, passion for new technology, and hunger for a career in retail sales management. You must also possess the following:
  • High school diploma or GED; some college or degree is preferred.
  • Proven sales, customer service and HR abilities.
  • Basic PC skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; ability to build relationships and adapt to a diverse customer base is desired.
  • Motivating, confident, positive team leader with an ability to inspire others.
  • A knack for technology, telecommunications and the ability to learn wireless quickly.

Job Requirements

Job Responsibilities
 
  • Observing retail sales representatives selling process of wireless devices to the consumer.
  • Coaching effective best practices and ensuring outstanding service.
  • Alongside District Manager you will receive sales reports, receiving updates and coaching for success.
  • Detailing daily, pricing, company updates, and applauding victories with all associates.
  • Creating process improvement plans.
