Retail Sales Associate

 

Compensation: $9.50 - $11 hourly plus commission and bonuses

What’s required of a Retail Sales Associate?

 

       High School diploma or equivalent

       Six months in retail sales or related experience preferred

       Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun with our customers.

       Desire to be a part of the game-changing T-Mobile store team.

       Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.

       Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays

       A knack for technology and the ability to learn wireless quickly----

 

 

Job Requirements

As a Wireless Retail Sales Associate, you will:

 

       Act as a Mobile Expert to help customers find the best products while guiding them

       through the shopping process.

       Give hands-on demonstrations and educate customers of the newest technology in-store while identifying needs.

       Deliver outstanding customer experience and build positive relationships that

       promote customer loyalty to strengthen the T-Mobile brand.

       Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals and objectives.

       Maintain outgoing personality, behaviors, and best practices to generate a positive work

       environment and promote maximized sales.

       Create additional sales opportunities through creative marketing campaigns and

       community involvement
