- Helping T-Mobile customers make buying decisions
- Providing helpful and pleasant service to T-Mobile customers
- Maintain a fun, clean and exciting work environment for customers and team members
- Learning, learning, and more learning about wireless technology, people skills and yourself
- Training to be a Store Team Lead, Wireless Retail Store Manager, District Manager, VP, EVP, CEO, Master DJ or whatever it is that you want to be. We are going to help you get there!
- Setting new sales records, winning customer service awards, and helping your store team be victorious at all things Collins Mobile.
What you need to succeed:
- Bring your unCarrier self! That means a Winning Attitude and a Willingness to Learn.
- Customer Service experience and skills
- High School or GED completion required, Bachelor’s degree a plus,
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Basic knowledge of computers and mobile phones/devices.
- Support and represent the brand by wearing magenta.
