Wireless Retail Sales Associate 
Compensation:  $16 an hour plus commission!
California Wireless Solutions, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer, is looking for energetic, fun-loving, and dedicated people to join its team of Wireless Retail Sales Associates. As a Wireless Retail Sales Associate, you will work directly with our T-Mobile Customers and assist them with all of their wireless service and device needs.
Our lucrative Wireless Retail Sales Associate compensation program is designed to reward our sales team for achieving their goals. Your hard work, dedication, and determination can earn you $1000 to $5000 in additional monthly commissions!

Job Requirements

What you day to day looks like: 
  • Sell the latest in wireless products and services.
  • Provide high-level customer service and support with product expertise and advanced selling skills.
  • Guide customers through purchasing decision and activation while educating the customer on their new purchase.
  • Achieve sales goals and service performance requirements
  • Work with your team to provide an outstanding customer experience
  • Perform duties as assigned by your manager. Often, these duties are designed to help you develop in an assistant manager.
What you need to succeed?
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Past experience in customer service and sales would be fantastic
  • Great attitude and ready to give it your all!
  • Great listening and communications skills
  • A good understanding of computers, productivity programs, and wireless phone technology
  • Must be able to work retail hours including nights, weekends, and holidays because that is when our customers and your employees need you the most!
