Retail Sales Associate
$10.00 - $12.00 per hour before commission and bonuses
Target Salary: $35,000.00
 
United Wireless, Michigan’s largest T-Mobile Premium Retailer, has immediate openings for energetic, competitive and persuasive individuals to join our rock star team of Retail Sales Associates.  As a Retail Sales Associate for one of our amazing T-Mobile locations, you will be our front-line welcoming face to our customers. Your job will be to take care of their wireless needs and sell them superior T-Mobile Wireless Devices and Services.  Our lucrative Retail Sales Associate program not only prepares you for your next step within United Wireless, it provides incredible earnings in both a base pay and insane commissions.

Job Requirements

YOUR work day looks like this:
 
  • You will help us create an awesome customer experience by professionally and warmly greeting everyone who comes into your store and help them determine the best T-Mobile solution to meet their needs and exceed their expectations! 
  • Meet and exceed both operational and sales performance goals by maximizing existing customers opportunities and generate new customers through personal and professional referrals and outbound marketing activities.
  • Assist your store manager with assigned tasks and other responsibilities as part of your professional Development. (We want to see you grow with United Wireless!)
  • Maintain a great attitude, be a good team player and adhere to all company policies.
  • Plus, other tasks and duties you would expect as a Retail Sales Associate.   
 
This is all YOU need to succeed here:
 
  • 6 months of retail or retail sales experience would be fantastic!
  • Ability to multi task and have fun in a very fast pace environment.
  • Good communications, mathematics and computer use skills
  • Availability to work retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • A can do, never give up attitude that inspires others around you
