General Business Representative

The Sales Associate participates in a three to six-month development program designed to prepare our associates for success as Account Executives. Sales Associates will become familiar with Sprint's products and services portfolio, understand customer business needs, and leverage internal sales support resources while increasing their overall proficiency.

An Account Representative at Preferred Wireless:

 • Prepares Quotes
 • Keys Orders, Credits, CL Save Desk Request
 • Project manages deployment efforts onsite
 • Run analysis on existing base and acts as liaison between the customer and Sprint
 • Generates qualified appointments for the General Business sales teams and schedules appointments via cold calling, email or social media
 • Follows qualified leads through the sales process
 • Partners with Account Executives to identify cross selling opportunities
 • Builds experience with solutions-based selling and approach to solving customers problems
  • Reviews metrics with Sales Managers
 • Is achievement driven; enjoys competitiveness and thrives on being the best and winning
 • Has a "can do" attitude with a strong positive focus on sales; loves to be challenged
 • Has an out-going, dynamic personality and can build and maintain outstanding relationships
 • Wants to lead the charge to grow the business and create sales opportunities that increase Sprint's position and share within the market

Must have valid driver's license; three consecutive years of active driving history, successfully complete driver's safety training, and otherwise comply with Sprint's Driver Safety Policy and guidelines.
