Launch Wireless District Manager
Our Sprint Launch Wireless District Managers are our team leaders that are charged with maintaining multiple store operations and seeing that their markets not only run smoothly but also meet budget and sales goals while complying with our corporate and brand campaigns and promotions. 
Required Qualities:
  • 2 Years Retail Sales Experience
  • 4 Plus Years Retail Management Experience (Multiple Locations Preferred)
  • Maintaining Store Quality Metrics
  • Strong time management skills
  • Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Training experience highly preferred
  • Ability to work at multiple locations within district preferred
  • Market Knowledge and Staffing
  • Results Driven and Strategic Planning
  • Management Proficiency
  • Communicates Powerfully and Prolifically
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, and proficient in Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Ability to work at multiple locations within a district (territory may include several zip codes)
Preferred Qualities:
  • 2 years’ experience in the Telecomm Industry
  • Familiarity with wireless terminology preferred

Job Requirements

As a District Manager, you will get an opportunity to: 
  • Execute and succeed on sales initiatives provided on a monthly basis
  • Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning team members; following up on work results
  • Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training team members
  • Maintain store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining team members; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
  • Achieve sales objectives by preparing a monthly action plan, motivating team members, analyzing performance metrics, and initiating corrective actions
  • Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements
  • Ensure availability of merchandise and services by counting and maintaining store inventories
  • Formulate pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities; determining additional needed sales promotion; authorizing clearance sales; studying trends
  • Secure merchandise by implementing security systems and measures
  • Protect team members and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment
  • Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements
  • Maintain operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
