Job Requirements

Role and Responsibilities

Reporting to the District Manager, the Business Sales Account Executive will generate new accounts and develop
recurring business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and other successful methods.  This role is specifically
designed to prospect the SMB (small and mid-size business).  Previous business sales experience with Sprint or AT&T
is highly desired.
Additional responsibilities include:
  • Managing the entire sales cycle of each client
  • Remaining in frequent contact with customers to understand their needs
  • Responding and assisting to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Protecting all customer confidential information in accordance with company policy
  • Delivery of products to customers on-site, when available
  • Reporting of sales funnel on a weekly basis
  • Maintaining 100% completion of all trainings
  • Leverage partner resources (e.g. Verizon, Samsung, etc.)
  • Maintain expert knowledge of all products and services

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • A valid driver’s license and insurance
  • Previous B2B experience in the wireless industry
