$20.00 to $40.00 per hour based on sales performance
Compensation Target is $50,000+ per year

My Wireless, an AT&T authorized agent has a fantastic opportunity for you as a Bilingual Wireless Retail Sales Consultant.

My Wireless, an Authorized Agent for AT&T, is the most fun-loving, aggressive, diverse, customer, and employee-centric wireless retailer on the PLANET! My Wireless is devoted to developing their Bilingual Wireless Retail Sales Consultants to “Rockstar” status, so that our employees grow in the business and our customers receive an incredible in-store experience, each and every time.
 
 
The Role
 
You will be a Bilingual Wireless Retail Sales Consultant in one of our store-within-a-store locations. At your fingertips are the latest and greatest 5G wireless products along with the best in Entertainment. In this role, you won’t have to worry about creating customer traffic, because potential customers are all around you, all of the time. All you have to do is meet, greet, educate, and assist these customers through the buying cycle. (Did we mention that you will be selling AT&T service? The fastest Nationwide 5G network!)
 
 
What we are looking for
  • Bilingual with prior sales and retail experience preferred. Languages would be Spanish, Mandarin/Cantonese, and Tagalog.
  • Excellent customer service skills that inspire repeat visits.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong work ethic and a “never give up” attitude towards winning.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Is goal-oriented and driven to success by exceeding monthly sales goals.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Using your “Life of the party” superpower to meet, greet, educate and lead customers through the buying cycle.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales performance expectations.
  • Providing superior and professional service to all customers.
  • Processing customer transactions accurately.
  • Keeping up to date with all company communication and relevant information.
  • Ensuring all retail and sales standards are met.
  • Adhering to published work schedules, meal breaks, and timekeeping policies.
