AT&T Bilingual Wireless Retail Assistant Store Manager
$15-$17 an hour plus commissions and performance bonuses

Diversity Wireless, an authorized retailer for AT&T, is excited to announce the opening of our brand-new flagship locations. We have an immediate opening for a dynamic, fun, employee development specialist to manage a brand-new location.  As a Wireless Retail Assistant Store Manager, you will develop, lead and inspire a team of diverse, energetic and goal-oriented sales associates. Your role includes being a brand ambassador for AT&T and Diversity Wireless for the community in which your location serves. Our lucrative Wireless Retail Assistant Store Manager program not only prepares you for your next step within Diversity Wireless, but it also provides incredible earnings in both a base pay, sales commissions, and store performance bonuses.

This is all YOU need to succeed:
 
  • 1 or more year(s) of Management Experience in retail and or wireless retail sales is required
  • 2 years or more of higher education
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
  • Proven track record of employee development and sales goal attainment
  • Strong communication, mathematics and computer use skills
  • Availability to be flexible in supporting retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • The ability to inspire your team and a passion for delivering incredible customer service
