Job Description & Responsibilities
As an assistant sales manager, you’re ultimately responsible for the success of the store through leading, development, and discipline of employees to ensure an outstanding customer experience. You’ll help your team to exceed sales and customer experience goals while creating an environment where great people can shine. Performing role plays, supporting the team, and assisting with customer transactions will be your tools to succeed.
The successful assistant store manager will maintain a high level of accountability for all retail store functions and leverage amazing leadership skills to consistently deliver results. Through coaching, development, and training of your team, you’ll have the opportunity to show the world what you can do. You’ll have the chance to show off your problem-solving skills and put your creativity, critical thinking, and decision making to work.
To be successful in this position you’ll be required to stay up-to-date on the latest devices and technology and understand how to match customer needs and wants with solutions.
