What you need to succeed:
- 1 year of retail management or team lead experience
- Great listening and communications skills
- A good understanding of computers, productivity programs and wireless phone technology
- Strong business ethics and the ability to teach others the skills they need to be successful within our sales and service environment
- Must be able to work retail hours including nights, weekend and holidays because that is when our customers and your employees need you the most!
