Wireless Retail Assistant Sales Manager

This position is an in-store managerial position. This is your opportunity to help guide your team to success as well as work alongside your team on the sales floor. This is your opportunity for growth within the company as well as your skillset!

We provide extensive paid training to all employees teaching them everything they need to know about sales and Absolute Wireless, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer, in order to be successful. After training is complete, employees are immediately integrated into our stores to begin earning!

Requirements:
  • Core Competencies: customer focus, teamwork, communication, accountability and innovation.
  • Previous sales experience with emphasis on customer service.
  • Highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and an ability to work with little supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing and able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalency.
