Compensation: At Blue Link Wireless LLC, our AT&T Wireless Retail Store Managers can earn more than $70,000.00 per year which includes the base monthly pay rate, Store Manager Commissions, and Store Manager bonuses.

As an AT&T Wireless Store Manager for Blue Link Wireless LLC, you will be:

 
  • Manage the daily operations of an AT&T Authorized Retail Store
  • Achieve store sales goals and service performance requirements
  • Achieve personal sales goals and service performance requirements
  • Foster a positive store culture for employees and customers
  • Maintain adequate inventory levels and control inventory shrink
  • Control cash shrink
  • Complete accounting and paperwork associated with cash receipts, and prices and conduct physical inventories
  • Recruit, train, and develop high performing Sales Advocates
  • Supervise Sales Advocates
  • Interview and recommend the hire of Sales Advocates with input from the Area Sales Leader
  • Coach, counsel, and discipline Sales Advocates as necessary and in conformance with Company policies and procedures
  • Recommend terminate Sales Advocates with prior input from Company Human Resources Department
  • Lead weekly staff meetings to increase sales and product knowledge
  • Analyze daily/weekly/monthly reporting and take appropriate actions to quickly close performance gaps
  • Maintain training requirements for yourself and your team
  • Conduct monthly performance reviews for Sales Advocates
  • Resolve customer issues
  • Assure that store operates in full compliance with AT&T and Company requirements for merchandising and other requirements
  • Ability to work in other locations as the needs of the business dictate
  • Maintain strong knowledge of all products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features
  • Maintain knowledge of competitive offers and provide critical market feedback to the Store Leader regarding local competition and product/service needs
  • Handle service inquiries from customers
  • Provide efficient, courteous customer service and assist in all aspects of product offerings and services
  • Ensure an extraordinary customer experience
  • Report to work on-site on a regular, predictable, and timely basis
  • Work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as reflected on a published and approved schedule (Any hours worked MUST be reflected on the published schedule and approved by your supervisor)

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
 
  • 2+ years of retail wireless management experience
  • Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry with consistent attainment of sales quota and objectives
  • Must have the ability to expertly use and teach others to use wireless technology and services
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment
  • Must love to sell and love to teach others to sell
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as reflected on a published and approved schedule
