Wireless Retail Sales Representative
Compensation: $11 - $13 hourly plus commission and bonuses

What’s required of a Retail Sales Representative?
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Six months in retail sales or related experience preferred
  • Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and
  • having fun with our customers.
  • Desire to be a part of the game-changing T-Mobile store team.
  • Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
  • A knack for technology and the ability to learn wireless quickly.

Job Requirements

As a Wireless Retail Sales Representative, you will:
  • Act as a Mobile Expert to help customers find the best products while guiding them
  • through the shopping process.
  • Give hands on demonstrations and educate customers of the newest technology in
  • store while identifying needs.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience and build positive relationships that
  • promote customer loyalty to strengthen the T-Mobile brand.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals and objectives.
  • Maintain outgoing personality, behaviors and best practices to generate a positive work
  • environment and promote maximized sales.
  • Create additional sales opportunities through creative marketing campaigns and
  • community involvement
