Retail Store Assistant Manager 
 
Wireless Ventures is a part of the Portables Unlimited Dealer Network with T-Mobile Premium Retailer locations in 17 states.  Portables Unlimited understands the importance for our Retail Sales Assistant Managers to have the tools, training and leadership required to make a great living while providing the best possible service to our customers.  We are seeking motivated retail sales assistant managers who are willing to help their team of Mobile Experts develop into sales rockstars!
 
Compensation: $10-12 per hour plus commissions and bonuses.

As a Wireless Retail Assistant Sales Manager, you will:

 • Act as a mentor to your team of mobile experts to help them grow and develop
 • Deliver an outstanding customer experience that promotes customer loyalty and strengthens the T-Mobile brand
 • Assist the manager Hire, Schedule and Supervise your team
 • Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals
 • Maintain an outgoing personality to ensure friendliness and positivity in the workplace


 

Job Requirements

 • High School diploma or equivalent
 • Six months in retail sales management or related experience preferred
 • Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
 • Multitasking and organizational skills
 • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
 • Fast learner for an everyday changing environment
 • Basic computer skills (word processing, email, google sheets or excel)
