At Collins Mobile our Retail Assistant Store Manager help the Wireless Retail Store Manager to inspire, coach, develop and improve the proficiency and performance of themselves, and their team.  You will focus on customers because that is why T-Mobile is Americas Most Loved Wireless Carrier and the T-Mobile way. Job Requirements

What you need to succeed -
Before you apply, please note, we do have some requirements and need to see some specific areas of experience before we can consider you as a candidate…
 • Bring your unCarrier self!
 • High School or GED completion required, Bachelor’s degree a plus,
 • 1 ½- 2 years’ leadership experience
 • 2 years’ retail experience, wireless retail sales experience a plus
 • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends
 • Knowledgeable of all wireless devices in the store, and their unique features
 • Work 40 hours a week, and some required over-time during busy seasons
 • Basic knowledge of computers (including word, excel and email), and cellphones
 • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 10-25 lbs. if needed
 • Support and Represent the Brand by wearing magenta.  
 • Give and receive high fives, pats on the back and an occasional WHO-RAH!
