Job Requirements

Your Talents:
  • Responsible for leadership and management of up to 16 retail store locations across the Colorado market.
  • Creates clear responsibilities and processes for Market team to standardize processes and measure results.
  • Ensures Market is compliant with Metro By T-Mobile policies, procedures and standards.
  • Persists in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles and setbacks by motivating your team to achieve the highest results, regardless of circumstances.
  • Coaches and develops your team by building a culture that promotes a positive open team environment for employees and customers through recognition, performance management, listening sessions and team building.
  • Effectively manages all people responsibilities including recruitment, retention, development and accountability.
  • Develops and improves the market by considering multiple and varied viewpoints when addressing problems and opportunities.
  • Establishes and builds relationships with key partners to support the training, operational and development of the market that will lead to its success.
Job Requirements:
  • 5+ years of multi-unit management experience in retail or another environment with a customer focus
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills required
  • Ability to lead, communicate to and inspire teams; strong human resource skills required
  • Strong organizational skills and time management skills required
  • Ability to analyze results, plan the future, make sound decisions, and take responsibility
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; Diploma or GED required
  • Wireless Retail experience preferred but not required
  • Working knowledge of PC Windows’s applications (Excel and Word) required
  • The ability to travel between and within assigned Markets
